The 2010 List of Void and Cancelled Delaware Entities is now available
The Delaware Division of Corporations publishes an annual list of Corporations, Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies and General Partnerships that have been proclaimed “Void” or “Cancelled” for non-payment of franchise tax.
The list of entities declared Void or Cancelled for the year 2010 is available to be viewed on the State website for no charge from October 25th, 2010 until October 31, 2010.
*Remember* The below list is only available until October 31, 2010. After that time, you may purchase the listing of Void/Cancelled Entities on CD directly from the Delaware Division of Corporations Franchise Tax Department for a fee of $50.00.
