State of Delaware offices closed today in Kent & Sussex Counties; opening late in NCCo
Delawareonline reports that State of Delaware offices in Kent and Sussex counties are closed today and State offices in New Castle County will open at 10 a.m.
In addition, a limited state of emergency in Kent and Sussex remains in effect.
