Public Hearing regarding Northern Trust Company of Delaware scheduled for 10/18/05

The State Bank Commissioner has scheduled a public hearing to consider the application to form the Northern Trust Company of Delaware, a proposed state-chartered limited purpose trust company that would have its principal office in Wilmington, Delaware. The hearing is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 18, 2005, in the Third Floor Conference Room of the Carvel State Office Building, 820 North French Street, Wilmington, Delaware. The hearing is open to the public, and interested parties are invited to submit written comments, appear at the hearing and/or present evidence.
