The State of Delaware Banking Commissioner 10:00 a.m. on March 24, 2011 in the 3rd Floor Conference Room of the Carvel State Office Building, 820 North French Street, Wilmington, Delaware, to consider the application of M&T Bank Corporation and Manufacturer and Traders Trust Company (collectively, the “Applicant”) to acquire Wilmington Trust Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware state chartered bank, and certain other subsidiaries of Wilmington Trust Corporation and to engage in related restructuring transactions.
