McCausland Keen & Buckman Welcomes Real Estate Associate

McCausland Keen & Buckman announced today that David J. Martin has joined the firm as an associate in the Real Estate Group.

David focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions as well as counseling clients on a variety of business and tax matters. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate with Martin & Lunger in Wilmington, Delaware.

McCausland Keen & Buckman’s Real Estate Group advises clients on all aspects of commercial real estate development, financing, acquisitions and leasing. The group also handles all types of litigation involving real estate.

Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and Delaware, David received his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Maryland Law Review. He received his LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and received his B.A., Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude, from Syracuse University.
