A local technology equity investment firm thinks they have the answer:

1. Build a wired network that will be complemented by the wireless Internet network.
2. Plan to offer access free to individuals and for a fee to area businesses.
3. Support the network with advertising revenue.
Leave it to good old fashioned capitalism to swoop in and save the day…
