Delaware UCC Paper Filing Fee Increase
If you are involved in this industry, there is an important fee change on the horizon that you need to know about:
Effective August 1, 2007, the Delaware Division of Corporations will increase UCC filing and expedited fees as follows:
The fee for filing and indexing a UCC document of one to four pages communicated on paper or in a paper-based format (including faxes) will increase to $75.00. If there are additional pages, the fee is $2.00 per page. There shall be a fee of $25.00 for each additional name to be indexed when there are more than two debtor-names on the financing statement.
The fee for Two Hour expedited service, which is completed within a two-hour period from the time of the request, will increase to $200.00. The Same Day fee will increase to $100.00 and the 24-Hour fee will increase to $50.00.
