Delaware Division of Corporations has extended the Franchise Tax due date until March 2, 2011!
Due to website access problems, the State has extended the annual report and franchise tax deadline for corporations by one day.

URGENT NOTICE
Thank you for filing your Annual Franchise Tax Report. We are experiencing technical difficulties at this time with the website and are working to correct them as soon as possible.
Because of these difficulties, the Division of Corporations has extended the Franchise Tax due date until March 2, 2011. We are hopeful that the system will be functioning later today and encourage you to file by 11:45 p.m. March 2nd. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
You can contact the Division of Corporations with any questions at 302-739-3073 and select option 0 for general questions, option 3 for franchise tax questions or option 4 for UCC questions.
