Delaware City Refinery receives green light from DENREC to restart restart cooling tower
The permit was signed by DNREC Secretary Collin O’Mara yesterday, and is being called the first step towards bringing the facility into compliance with the Federal Clean Water Act in the next few years.
Compliance is good.
