Delaware and Ministry of Commerce to Cooperate to Attract Chinese Investors
The China Investment Promotion Agency (CIPA) agreed to work together with Delaware to provide investors with information on the local investment climate, including policies, regulations and programs. This aims to address one of the most significant barriers to foreign investment: a lack of understanding of domestic legal and political conditions.
