Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2006

The County Chamber is accepting nominations through Friday, March 17 for its 2006 Entrepreneur of the Year.

To Qualify for the Award , the Business Owner must:

� Have achieved success in operating his/her business for five years or more.

� Be located in Delaware

� Have three or more employees

� Represent the ideal in business standards.

� Be an active member of the community who has helped strengthen the quality of life in the county.

Nominations for the Award should include:

� Name of the nominee & title

� Name of the business, address, phone, description of product or service

� Number of employees: full-time and part-time

� Number of years in business

� Nominating person or organization & phone number

� Describe the nominees�s success and how they have made a difference through community involvement .

� Explain briefly the culture of the company and why the employees consider it a great place to work.

� Explain briefly the company�s growth strategy for the next five years and how it is positioned for the future.

� Any other supporting materials are welcome.
