Here’s some valuable info from the Division of Revenue for all Delaware business owners who need to renew their 2006 business license- Press release.
Any business whose current Delaware business license expires this December may renew their business license online.

What licenses can be renewed here?
Almost any Delaware business license can be renewed for one or three years. Licenses that will expire December 31, 2005 can be renewed starting November 1, 2005. Licenses that expired in 2004 can be renewed until then.
What do I need?
Three things; your current business license, your renewal form, and a credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.)
Can I change my address or other information online?
No, but you can indicate that a change is needed. We’ll tell you how to submit the change by fax or mail.
Can I apply for a new business license online?
No, but you can download an application to print and mail.
Can I get a temporary license online?
Yes. After submitting your renewal, a temporary license will be produced for you to print. A one or three year license will be mailed to you within 30 days.
