ALL OFFERORS:
The enclosed packet contains a “REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL” for the development of an Integrated Corporations
Information system. The proposal consists of the following documents:
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – CONTRACT NO. DOC-06-0001-DC

    1 DEFINITIONS and GENERAL PROVISIONS
    2 SPECIAL PROVISIONS, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, AND SCOPE OF WORK
    3 PROPOSAL REPLY SECTION
    A – NO PROPOSAL REPLY FORM
    B – NON-COLLUSION STATEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
    C – PROPOSAL SUMMARY
    D – OFFICE OF MINORITY AND WOMEN BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (OMWBE) APPLICATION

In order for your proposal to be considered, the Proposal Reply Section shall be executed completely and correctly
and returned in an envelope clearly displaying the contract number by April 27, 2006 2:00 pm EDT to be
considered.

Proposals shall be submitted to:

    It appears that responding to the RFP would require a serious amount of time and effort (and expense) as well.

    Just skimming through it quickly though, it’s an impressive document.

    Hopefully it will attract some highly qualified responses.

    I’d say your are dead on Bill. The resulting CIS will probably be used by the State for the next 20 or more years…

    Great RFP! I came across your website (and the RFP) and posted it to the RFP Database (www.rfpdb.com), a place where businesses (and organizations) can gain more publicity for their RFPs and put them infront of the 3,000 registered members of the site.
