The State of Delaware Banking Commissioner hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held at 10:00 a.m. on March 23, 2011 in the 3rd Floor Conference Room of the Carvel State Office Building, 820 North French Street, Wilmington, Delaware, to consider the application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Advantage with respect to the formation of Credit Access Bank of Delaware.
