Are you are one of the many readers or publishers who have sent us an email in the past few days, and are still waiting for a reply? We may not have your email message!

Our web host’s email service upgraded versions recently and in the process ‘misplaced’ several email messages from Friday, November 25 through Wednesday, November 30th, 2011. We have submitted a service ticket with them, but it has been 8 hrs now and we still have had no response as to any resolution. Call us skeptical, but we don’t think that looks too good in terms of retrieving those emails…

So, If you are still waiting for a response from us, please resend your message so we can get back to you!

Generally, we try to reply to all messages within 48hrs. It all depends on the volume of email and number of volunteer staff we have helping at any give time.
