Delaware Division of Corporations has extended the RFP deadline for the Integrated Corporation Information System (ICIS)

The latest from the ICIS front:

The deadline for receipt of proposals from the vendors has been moved from December 2007 to January 31, 2008 by 4 P.M. The Division of Corporations indicates they still have many vendors that appear to be interested in working on this project. Once they receive all the proposals the next steps will be reviewing the proposals, selecting a vendor, signing the contract and then the work begins.

I am very glad I found your website on bebo. Thank you for the sensible critique. Me and my neighbour were just preparing to do some research about this. I am very glad to see such great info being shared for free out there.
