The New Castle Jaycees, a young professionals leadership and community development organization, is having their first charity date auction. The event will benefit Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition and Faithful Friends. Bachelors and bachelorettes will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. In addition, local career professionals will be auctioned off for a business date.
What: “Date for a Cause”
Where: Deerfield Country Club, Newark Delaware
When: Saturday, November 7th from 7pm-11pm
Cost: VIP $20-$25, Gen Admission $15-$20, DE Jaycees $10

Attendees will be able to bid on select bachelors and bachelorettes for a one-time date, provided by the Jaycees. Attendees will also have the chance to bid on Business Professionals and Executives from various industries for a career-related/mentoring “date”.
There will be a special VIP Meet and Greet Mixer with the bachelors that includes early admission at 6:30pm, champagne and appetizers. General admission includes appetizers and an after party with local DJ Amaze; Cash Bar. Must be 21 or older. VIP Tickets are $20 in advance ($25 at the door for VIP). General Admission Tickets are $15 in advance ($20 at the door for General Admission), and $10 for Delaware Jaycees members. Advanced tickets must be purchased by Wednesday 11/4.
