Fairchild Semiconductor (NYSE: FCS) has announced it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Infineon Technologies AG in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.

Fairchild Semiconductor is a leading global provider of semiconductor technology that powers the products we use and makes them more energy efficient.
