Ever Wonder Who Made Money in Iraq?

Wonder no longer. Here is a privately held Delaware company that supplies arms to Iraq that are sourced from around the world. It appears Iraq cannot afford brand new high tech main battle tanks, so they are currently purchasing used Russian built T-72’s.

Pennsylvania-based Defense Solutions, Inc. delivered seventy-seven (77) T-72 Main Battle Tanks and 4 VT-55 recovery vehicles to Iraq in November 2005. The Government of Hungary generously donated these capable vehicles to the Republic of Iraq with the urging and support of both the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and the US Government.

Defense Solutions just performed a reverse merger with Flex Resources Co. Ltd. Defense Solutions, Inc. is the survivor.

Defense Solutions is an international project management, executive consulting, and business development firm headquartered in Exton, PA (suburban Philadelphia). The company began operations in 2001 and has built a reputation as a leader in the refurbishment and upgrade of armored vehicles, as well as in provisioning of spare parts and equipment for military and security forces worldwide. In addition, Defense Solutions provides program management and business development services, and performs strategic studies and analyses in the International Defense and Homeland Security markets.

We have been there long enough for retired military types to create companies like this and exploit the Billions of Dollars the US is plowing into Iraq. Deals like the T-72 sale are necessary and governments do not like to do them on their own. Here are some of the officers and advisors:
