How low?

The annual study released today by the Kauffman Foundation showed only West Virginia and Alabama ranked below Delaware in the percentage of owners of new businesses.

      Things aren’t much better out West. I recently took a trip to Boise to research the market for my company’s expansion and things had dropped dead there.
