All your corporate buffs out there should know that today The Delaware Division of Corporations has changed its website address to www.corp.delaware.gov.
Be sure to change the web address in your favorite folder to reflect the new web address!

Note: This did not effect eCorp or the TIN (name reservation and general information) website address.
