Happy New Year
Another year is over and a new one has just begun.
To me, that translates into opportunity.
Now is a great time to reflect on what you and your business have accomplished in the past 12 months, and examine where you feel that you may have fell short.
– Did you write down goals for 2006?
– Did you share them with your staff?
– Did you actively measure your progress thought the year?
– Have you rewarded them and yourself if it was warranted?
Take the time to reflect on the above for a few moments.
