Delaware ranks #1 for best work environment
Need another good reason to do business in the State of Delaware?
Never underestimate the power of a happy workforce. Delaware is the best state for workers in the United States, getting high marks for job opportunities, job quality and workplace fairness in a study released by UMass Amherst’s Political Economy Research Institute earlier this week.
The “Decent Work in America” study, compares states based on 2004 data covering average pay; job opportunities; benefits; percentage of low-income workers; fair treatment between genders; and ability to unionize.
