You can find the Best Cities for Families 2010 list at Parenting.com. The list of this year’s best ranked American cities based on health, safety, education, economy and recreation was compiled by using a list of the top 100 cities by population, adding in well-known smaller cities too, and removing cities so close to other large cities that they would have similar data.
Wilmington, DE makes the list at #80.

Awesome! I grew up in Wilmington and always thought it was very underrated in terms of the quality of life there.
