Eight-week course to help small business owners organize plans begins Sept. 26th

The YWCA of Delaware will sponsor an eight-week course in Dover aimed at helping small business owners and prospective small business owners craft business plans. The course runs for eight consecutive Mondays from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., starting Sept. 26. The classes, which include discussions of marketing and financial management for small businesses, will be held at the Dover Public Library at 45 S. State St.
The cost is $100, which also covers consulting assistance. Some participants could be eligible for financial assistance to pay for the course.
