The Hispanic Student Recognition Program (HSRP) College Fair & Award Ceremony 152 outstanding Hispanic middle and high school students from throughout Delaware will be recognized on April 24, 2010, at Clayton Hall Conference Center, University of Delaware, Newark. Secretary of Education Dr. Lillian Lowery was one of the Selection Committee who interviewed New Castle County students March 27. President of Kutztown University F. Javier Cevallos will be the Keynote Speaker at the Awards Ceremony April 24, and 12 regional colleges will exhibit at the College Fair.
